Abstract

The work exposes the environmental and energy education work of La Quinta de los Molinos, Havana and its projection of creating the first Demonstration Center of Renewable Energies in the country as part of an International Cooperation project that seeks to direct this center towards a new sustainable energy model, making it an increasingly energy efficient space. When the project is completed, the Quinta will be able to generate 100% of the electrical energy it demands from a photovoltaic system and will have implemented a plan of measures for a more efficient use of energy. The project is completed with a Training and Training Strategy related to Renewable Energy Sources and caring for the environment.
