Audit and evaluation of quality management in maintenance with a multicriteria approach

Abstract
The aim of the research is to show a methodology to quantify the results that allow the identification of the main deficiencies in maintenance management with the application of the multi-criteria mathematical modelling Hierarchical Process Analysis (AHP). So far, the quality audit and the mathematical model only evaluate as outputs the declared system requirements and their corresponding findings and non-conformities. The databases were obtained on site through interviews, document review and observation of the processes by the experts. The mathematical weighting process was carried out, which gives the evaluation of quantitative results of the performance of the key areas with the management of the system, with the purpose of improving and redirecting the human, material and financial resources in the decision making of the management of the UEB Special Productions of the Meat Company of Holguín.
