Holistic environmental approach in the Electrical Company of the Island of Youth

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to study the Environmental strategy of the Isla de la Juventud Electric Company and its participation in the Life Task, influencing work motivation and innovations, as well as reinforcing environmental work as established in matters of renewable energy. The Analytical-Synthetic, Inductive-Deductive and Historical-Logical methods are applied within the theoretical level methods and the Empirical level: Document Analysis, Participant Observation and the interview as primary diagnosis in the definition of the work of environmental managers and its relationship with Renewable Energy Sources. The results of the study will have actions that will be effective through significant transformations that motivate participation in constant control, demonstrating the skills achieved and compensating their behavior towards environmental development.
